Rose Toner contains Rose Hydrosol, which is very soothing and gentle for all skin types.  The Rose Hydrosol helps to keep skin moisturized for hours! It contains anti-inflammatory properties, has been considered to help with wrinkles and soothe minor skin irritations.  Our toner is combined with Witch Hazel which is also an anti-inflammatory and helps to tighten pores.  It is very mild and can be used for all skin types. 
Facial toners also help to balance the PH level of the skin as well as removing any traces of cleanser and makeup left behind after cleansing.

Apply with a cotton ball wiping facial skin.  Keep out of eyes.
